IIntegraRack\u00ae IntegraGel\u2122 Fast-Setting Industrial Strength Two Part Epoxy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IntegraGel is a fast setting non-sagging two part epoxy with a self mixing nozzle that can be used with any standard caulk gun and sets up in 30-60 minutes. The gel-like consistency of this epoxy makes it fast and easy to use as it can even be applied to vertical and overhead surfaces. This strong adhesive can be used with a variety of IntegraRack products such as the IR-T1 and IR-05.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IR-T1 TileBallast\u2122 Solar Module Roof Mount<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

IntegraGel can be used to bond tiles together around each IR-T1 No Penetration TileBallast Solar Panel Roof Mount<\/a> to create the ballast. Simply use a caulk gun and the included mixing nozzle to apply a bead of IntegraGel under the top and bottom tile where the tabs of the IR-T1 are to be inserted. Each tube of epoxy is enough to install ten IR-T1 roof mounts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

IR-05 BallastBase\u2122 Flat Roof Mount (5 Degree)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

While the IR-05 BallastBase Flat Roof Mount<\/a> is designed to clamp around a cinder block and work as a ballasted system, it can also be installed using nothing but IntegraGel so long as the mounting surfaces have been prepped properly. The IR-05 can also be deck mounted using the IntegraGel to create a water tight seal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
