The IR MultiBallast solar panel mounting system is the most simple and versatile option on the market for almost any installation. This modular system is capable of holding any size solar panel on almost any roof with a pitch of 6/12 or less, or it can additionally be mounted on a patio or the ground. With only four main components, the MultiBallast comes in multiple configurations with sun angles from 5-30° in North/South facing orientation or East/West ‘W’ orientation with the 5° system. It can even be installed in a 0° flat orientation.  All of these configurations can be mounted with our recommended industrial strength adhesive or ballasted using standard cinder blocks. We also offer a wind spoiler to deflect wind from reaching the back of the panels on higher angle orientations.

The IR-T1 is the first of its kind and the only tile roof hook that requires no removal of tiles and no roof penetration at all. The IR-T1 TileBallast™ System is 4x faster to install than traditional tile roof hooks and much stronger, since our proprietary installation system actually increases the overall strength of the entire roof structure. When installed using our test proven IntegraGel Fast Setting Industrial Strength Two Part Epoxy, each bracket uses the weight of the heavy concrete tiles which are nested and overlapping each other. The IR-T1 has been tested at the George E. Boeing Aeronautics Department Wind Tunnel and is proven to withstand over 165 MPH wind speeds with a 3:1 safety factor, making it the most extensively tested solar roof mounting bracket ever. One tube of IntegraGel Epoxy is good for up to ten mounts.

Each IR-T1 comes with a strong, integrated upright mount that can be attached to any rail system. The simplicity of this system allows for extremely fast and easy installations. With no need to remove and replace tiles on the roof, installers are much less fatigued on large jobs. Many installers see increased sales with home-owners that are worried about potential leaks and love the benefits of a non-invasive system.

The IR-05 BallastBase Flat Roof Mount is the fastest, strongest, and most cost effective 5 degree ballast system on the market. Each mount can be assembled in less than 30 seconds, and modules can be mounted in under a minute, for lightning fast installation times! This system offers multiple mounting options to work for any job while being capable of racking solar modules of up to 700 Watts, even with no roof penetration. Our IR-05 is designed to clamp around a standard cinder block and the integrated handle allows one person to carry and place multiple IR-05s with weight without the fatigue caused by other ballasted basket type systems. If your project requires less weight on the roof, this mount can also be installed with deck screws or our own IntegraGel Industrial Strength Adhesive.

*If installing on a roof without a surrounding parapet, the sides and back of the system must be covered to block wind from getting underneath the solar panels.

Geotextile material uses fast-setting epoxy to adhere to the BallastRack frames and earth fill over for a very strong and fast ballasted system.
Kit incudes a 50 ft. roll of strong geotextile material, a strong epoxy with mixing nozzle, a ratchetting wrench, and everything needed to prep the frames. Provides easy mounting in locations where ground penetration is not possible, with incredible strength against high wind speeds.
Capable of ballasting up to 13 BallastRack frames (based on 46″ wide panel).

IntegraRack IR AnchorSpike™ Mounting Kit (Multi-Pack) for BallastRack

Compatible with all BallastRack models

AnchorSpikes kit for mounting BallastRack frames into the ground. With this installation method each BallastRack frame clamps to two AnchorSpikes with a two part epoxy to create a strong anchor. Kit includes a ratcheting wrench, IR AnchorSpikes and a two part epoxy kit to mount multiple frames almost anywhere. Available with sets of 10 or 22 AnchorSpikes.
*SDS Hammer Drill and 30 inch concrete drill bit are recommended for installation.

IntegraRack Concrete Slab/Footing Anchor Bolt Mounting Kit

Compatible with all BallastRack models

Kit Includes a ratcheting wrench for mounting panels, 22 concrete lag bolts, 44 washers and 2 concrete drill bits for mounting frames up to 11 frames to almost any concrete surface. Perfect for mounting to pre-existing concrete pads/patios (on-site engineering may be required by county) or newly poured concrete slabs/footings.
